Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We have designed our site to collect as little information as possible. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook/Meta pixels, or any other third-party tracking scripts. We do not use tracking cookies.
Access Restriction
This site does not support traffic from the European Union or European Economic Area. We do not knowingly collect, track, or sell to those regions. If you are visiting from the EU, you are advised to leave immediately.
Server Logs & Security
Our servers and security/CDN provider (Cloudflare) may collect basic anonymous information like IP addresses and browser types for security monitoring and traffic statistics. We do not use this for individual user tracking.
Payments
Territory rental payments are processed via QuickBooks secure payment link. We do not see, collect, or store your financial information. All payment data is handled by Intuit according to their privacy policy.
Terms of Service
By accessing genxcapitalist.com and purchasing Rank and Rent Territory Rental, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our Products.
Rank and Rent Territory Rental - Digital Lease
All Rank and Rent Territory Rental purchases constitute a non-exclusive, month-to-month digital lease. You rent exclusive access to our ranked local service page in your specified city and service area. This is a service, not a product purchase. Territory access terminates immediately upon non-payment, cancellation, or account termination. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. You cannot return a lease after it begins. Territory rental is custom configured to your location and service type and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
Monthly Billing & Renewal
Territory rental is billed monthly at $495 USD. Billing occurs on the same date each month (your payment date). You may cancel anytime with no penalty, no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused service.
Pre-Sale Territory Reservations
Pre-sale territory reservations locked prior to June 15, 2026 launch are invoiced at $495 and include your territory setup cost plus your complete first month of service (July 2026). You receive two weeks of bonus traffic (June 15-30) at no additional cost. Your next billing date is August 1, 2026. Once territory is locked and confirmed, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All other territory rental sales are final.
No Refunds Policy - All Products
ALL sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS under any circumstances for any product or service purchased from Gen X Capitalist / ACI. This includes but is not limited to: Territory Rental, Digital Products, Reports, Research, Data, Custom Code, or any other deliverable. All products and services are custom made, non-exclusive, or digital licenses that cannot be returned or resold.
Intellectual Property
All content, ranking pages, code, and products on this site are owned by Gen X Capitalist / ACI and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or claim authorship of any work. Territory rental grants you only the right to have your phone number and business name displayed on our ranked page. You own the calls generated. We own the page.
Third Party Costs
All fees, subscriptions, and costs associated with the client's use for their business such as third-party platforms, hosting, domains, or infrastructure, telecom, e-mail, CRM or any other services / systems are not included and are not part of the offer. The client is responsible for their use of third-party platform costs.
Earnings Disclaimer
There is no guarantee you will receive calls or generate revenue from Territory Rental. Results depend on your service area, local competition, your responsiveness, and your ability to close jobs. We guarantee ranking and page placement. We do not guarantee leads or sales.
Liability Limitation
In no event shall Gen X Capitalist / ACI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the Site, Products, Territory Rental, or these Terms shall not exceed $99 USD, regardless of the amount paid or damages claimed. This is the maximum liability cap for all disputes.
General Terms
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site and purchase Territory Rental.
Business Use Only
Territory Rental is for legitimate, licensed service businesses only. We reserve the right to refuse service to any business we deem unsuitable or illegal.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delaware. All disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts. You waive any right to litigate in any other jurisdiction.
